Number of players: single player?

Format- (app? maybe kind of text based, steam?)

How do we start:

-Player gets off a bus into a new town, “I see potential”

-Player makes mission statement/ manifesto?

-Name the cult (subject of player’s choosing)

Player cult traits (can pick and choose traits of cult- will affect how your organization works in the future)(will need to make decision tree)

-Communication/ ex-communication

-Offerings/ gifts/

-How do you spread the word? (pamphlets/ door 2 door/ commercials?)

-How do you grow? (expanding business/ politically involved/

-Education?

Personal leader traits? (strong speaker, very accepting, Myers Briggs personalities?)

-Show pros and cons to each personality

What is the game purpose?

-Shine light on methods and aspects of organized cult followings.

-Fun

Types of NPCs (each could also have personalities that make them easier or harder to recruit).

-Old people (more set in their ways, very connected and respected)

-Young college kids (very passionate & susceptible)

-Children (extra followers)

Need to come up with a level/ meter to determine how close an individual is from joining/ leaving cult. (everyone starts at zero).

Maybe need a NPC competitor to add more difficulty?
